John and I caught the first ever Mets win at their new stadium last Wednesday. Sure it cost the franchise 18 trillion dollars (which would explain the $27 hot dog), but I must admit the place is grand. Spacious yet intimate, classic yet luxurious. Now, if the opulent structure could only translate into September wins…
